Girls Trip Survival Kits!

Hello all! The PennyDonnas celebrated their 2nd anniversary with a trip to beautiful Savannah Georgia! We had so much fun and really enjoyed our time there. This post, however, will be about the survival kit that was given to each member on the first night there!

These little kits were easy to assemble and worked out great! All items were either bought at Dollar Tree or Target (on the $1 rack)

Items in bag:
* tylenol packet
* hand sanitizer
* lotion
* mini altoids
* emergen-c drink packet
* towelettes
* portable wine sippy cup
* t shirt (custom made)
*mini bottle of liquor

Before placing all items into a cello bag (except shirt & cup), I printed out a survival kit label to explain what each thing was for. It was really simple to make using Microsoft Word. I just made a text box, typed the content inside, copy and pasted the text box 4 to a page, and voila! Cut them out and use double sided tape to adhere them to the cello bags!

I had some stickers made for the cups and for the bags to give it all a more polished look. I used StickerYou for all the custom stickers but I DO NOT recommend them. The finished products were awesome and great quality, however the customer service was the worst I've ever encountered. 3 times they sent stickers that were not printed correctly and it was very difficult to get someone on the phone to have them redo them....3 TIMES! Luckily they finally got the order right and these survival kits looked great but I will never do business with them again.

Here you'll see the die cut stickers I put on the wine cups (Dollar Tree) with our logo.

I also had individual name tag stickers made so there wouldn't be any confusion. These cups worked out perfectly for our weekend stay and cut down on the use of disposable cups. And now when we hold regular events, everyone brings their cup and it's awesome!

Lastly, I attached 2 strips of glittery tape onto the bags (front and back) then added the Survival Kit Labels to each of the bags. I also put 2 "PD" stickers on the back just to finish off the look! And that's it! I laid the tshirt in the bag first, then placed the cup and goody bag on top! I hope you enjoyed this post and hopefully it'll give you some ideas for your own girl's trip goody bags!

Be sure to tell us what you think! And be sure to check back for the post about our trip!!

Sounds like you guys have had amazing time on girls trip! Survival kits are very crucial trip like you girls are experienced. I've been in Savannah, Georgia twice for trip purpose. Really enjoyed hanging with my friends and doing interesting things all the time! Specially enjoyed foods out there BBQ of Sandfly is unforgettable. I'm still feeling the taste of BBQ in my tongue. However, I enjoyed reading your post. You memorized my previous trip stories. Thanks for nice sharing.
